beef stew from Sulawesi
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr beef (schank)
4 cm cinnamon
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1200 ml water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
1 tsp ketumbar
6 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
1/4 tsp jinten
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces of 3 cm. Roast the Ketumbar dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the cinnamon for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it quickly brown. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Then add the water and simmer slowly until done.
