750 gr beef/brisket
1500 ml of water
2 kunyit leaves
5 jeruk purut leaves

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
4 red lomboks
10 red rawits
15 kemiri/candlenuts
2 tbsp ketumbar
2 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water together with the meat, the bumbu, the kunyit leaves and the keruk purut leaves and bring to the boil. Then simmer slowly until the meat is cooked. Sprinkle the coriander on top and serve.
