500g beef (shank)
2 salam leaves
2 cm galangal
1000 ml of coconut milk
5 teehl kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp palsmuiker
2 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 kemiri/candlenuts
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
1 keluak / kluwek
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the coconut milk, while stirring followed by the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar. Then slowly cook the meat until done.
