spicy stewed meat

500 gr tenderloin
200 gr coconut, grated
6 cloves
4 cm cinnamon
4 asam sunti
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
250 ml of water

8 dried red lomboks
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 nutmeg
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes. Roast the coconut in a pan until brown and pureer it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Rub the meat with the bumbu and coconut and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the water together with the cloves, cinnamon, asam sunti, serai and laos in a pan and bring to the boil. Then add the seasoned meat and cook the meat over medium heat until tender and until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
