Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350g beef
2 tsp asemwater
6 pandan leaves
2 sprigs kemangi
2 tsp salt
500 ml kokosmlek
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 kemiri nuts
4 red chilies
1cm jahe
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices and chop the pandan fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the meat, the asemwater, the pandan and kemangi and mix well. Pour in the coconut milk, while stirring, and simmer gently until tender and the sauce has thickened.
