beef with bamboo shoots and tofu

150g minced beef
1 block tahu/tofu
100g bamboo shoots
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
3 red chilies
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spices
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into 2 cm thick slices and then diagonally in half. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside. Chop the garlic and chilies finely and slice the onion into thin strips.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the onion, garlic and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the mince and fry it loose. Then add the bamboo shoots, the kecaps, oyster sauce, the 5 spices and pepper and mix well. Pour in the water and bring to the boil.Add the tofu and let it simmer gently untill the sauce has thickened.
