Daging Masak Krensengan

2 potatoes
400g beef
2 red chilies
1 salam leaf
2 cm laos
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
1000 ml water
2 tbsp oil
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red rawits
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin strips and the potatoes into cubes. Cut the chilies into slices and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the salam, the laos, the jeruk purut and the meat and fry it briefly. Then add the kecap, the shrimp paste, salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Next, add the water, the potatoes and the chilies and cook until tender and the sauce has thickened.
