Daging Masak Kuning
beef in a slightly yellowish sour sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g beef
300g potatoes
1 salam leaf
1 cm galangal/laos
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 asem kandis
1 spring onion
500ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
3 shallots
3 nuts kemiri
1/2 tbsp ketumbar
3 cm kunyit

1 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:

Cut the meat and the potatoes into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Add the meat and fry it for a few minutes. Then add the salt, palm sugar and the asem kandis and mix. Spoon the potatoes through and slowly pour in the coconut milk. Stew the meat more tender and done. Spoon the spring onion through it and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
