Oseng-Oseng Daging Mercon Sayuran
spiced stewed beef with vegetables

300g beef / shank
4 white cabbage leaves
3 sprigs paksoy
2 salam leaves
2 stalks lemongrass
1cm galangal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1000 ml water
3 red chilies
5 red rawits
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat until done. Scoop out the meat and cut it into pieces/strips. Let 100ml broth behind. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the cabbage into strips and paksoy into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the lemongrass and galangal for 4 minutes. Add meat and mix well. Add the salt, the kecap, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Spoon in the cabbage and paksoy and cook it gently. Add the broth and cook gently until tender.
