Iga Pedas Taoco
sweet and spicy fried beef
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr beef ribs
2 salam leaves
2cm jahe
1500 ml water
4 cloves garlic
7 shallots
6 red chillies
3 tbsp taoco
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the garlic into thin slices and the shallots finely. Cut the chillies in slanting rings. Heat in a pan the water along with the meat, the salam and the jahe and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and let 500ml of broth behind.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots and chillies for 4 minutes. Add the tauco and mix well. Add the meat and stir together well. Add the kecap, salt, pepper, palm sugar and the broth and cook everything slowly until done.
