spareribs in spicy sauce

700 gr ribs (beef)
100g mushrooms
9 cloves garlic
4 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp kecap asin
2 tsp Chinese five spice mixture
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
1500 ml water
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Mince the garlic and slice the spring onions into pieces. Cut the ribs into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the ribs and fry for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry until soft. Add the kecaps, spices, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook slowly until done.
