Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr ribs (beef)
12 jeruk purut
3 lemongrass stalks
8 red rawits
2 tablespoons salt
1 tbsp palmsugar
2500 ml water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 keluak / kluwek
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
6 kemiri nuts
1 tsp ketumbar
1cm kunyit
2 cm laos
3cm jahe
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the ribs. Then leave 2000 ml of stock behind. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Pound or grind the rawits fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut and lemongrass for 5 minutes. Add this to the meat with the salt, palm sugar and rawits and stir until it is completely cooked.
