Daging Masak Kalio
beef in a spicy coconut milk sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g beef
500 ml santen asli
1250 ml santen cair
2 kunyit
2 stalks lemongrass
5 jeruk purut
1 asem kandis
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 red chilies
11 red rawits
9 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
2cm jahe
3cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar

2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the meat into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the santen cair with the paste, the kunyit, the lemongrass and the jeruk purut. Add the meat and mix well. Add the breath kandi, salt and palm sugar and cook gently until the sauce has thickened. Add the santen asli and bring to the boil. The meat should be cooked and the sauce brown. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
