Daging Masak Kacang
spiced beef with peanuts

300g beef
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
1 salam leaf
1 tsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
400 ml water
50g peanuts
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
1 red rawit
2 jeruk purut
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1cm kencur
1/2 tsp asem
100g peanuts
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into slices and chilies in slanting rings. Chop the peanuts coarsely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the chilies and the salam and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the water, the kecap, salt and palm sugar and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked. Stir in the peanuts and serve.
