Sate printil bakar
satay spiced meatballs

300g minced beef
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 salam leaves
5 jeruk purut
1 lemongrass stalk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asemwater
500ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons oil
7 skewers
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 red lombok
1 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Remove the grain of the jeruk purut and chop it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the meat with salt and pepper and form 28 balls. Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the balls quickly brown and then let drain.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the jeruk purut and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs and stir until the sauce has thickened. Mix the asemwater through and let cool.
Thread the balls on the skewers and grill slowly above a charcoal fire until golden and sprinkle regularly with the sauce.
