500 gr bovine lung, boiled
3 salam leaves
500 ml of coconut water
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp asemwater
8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 kemiri
1 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice the lung into pieces. Boil the lung along with the bumbu, the asemwater, the salam, palm sugar, salt and coconut water until it is soft.
Thread the pieces of lung on a skewer and roast it slowly over a charcoal fire
