Sate Pusut
spiced beef satay

400 gr beef (tenderloin)
1 lime, juice
5 jeruk purut leaves
50 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp pepper
15 satay skewers

4 cloves of garlic
1.2 tsp terasi/trasi
5 red lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and flatten it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Chop the jeruk purut very finely.
Mix the meat with the bumbu, lime juice, coconut milk, jeruk purut and pepper and let it marinate for at least 25 minutes.
Then divide it into 15 portions and thread/wrap each portion on a state skewer and roast it over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Serve.
