Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400g beef
1500 ml water
2 stalks lemongrass
4 jeruk purut
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp asemwater
200 ml santen asli
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
1 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and cook until its 3/4 cooked. Drain but leave 1200ml broth behind. Cut the meat into pieces.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lemon grass, the jeruk purut, the laos and the salam for 5 minutes. Add the stock and bring to the boil. Then add the meat along with the santen, salt, palm sugar and asemwater and cook gently until tender.
