Hati sapi masak kacang merah
liver with red beans

400 gr liver (beef)
75g red beans (aduki beans)
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 leek
250 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallot and garlic fine. Cut the leeks into rings. Cut the liver into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat and fry it brown. Add the remaining ingredients and the water and cook it slowly until the sauce begins to thicken. Add the leek and simmer gently for another minute.
