Sate Maranggi
beef satay with sambal oncom
Bahan-bahan:

300 g beef
100 gr beef fat
2 theel oil
4 tbsp kecap manis
16 spiesjes
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 1/2 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp salt
75 gr palm sugar
Bahan Sambal oncom:
ingredients:
350 gr oncom
1000 ml of water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 red rawits
5 red lomboks
2 theel salt
1/2 cm laos
6 cm kencur
2 cm jahe
Taburan:

6 pcs uli Bakar (grilled sticky rice)

Cut the meat and fat into flat squares. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix bumbu with the meat and the fat and let it rest for at least 1.5 hours. Put the meat on the skewers and roast it slowly over a charcoalfire until brown. Regular greasing with the marinade. Serve with the sambal oncom and uli Bakar
Cara membuat sambal oncom:
preparation sauce / sambal:
Puree the oncom. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the bumbu. When the water starts to boil add the oncom and let it cook gently until everything is cooked.
