Sate daging manis ketumbar

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr beef 
7 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp asem water
20 skewers
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp jinten
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
20 gr palmsudar
1 1/2 tbsp ketumbar
5 cm jahe
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it with the bumbu, the kecap, the oil and the asem water for at least 2 hours.
Put the meat on the skewers and roast it slowly over a charcoal fire until done. Drizzle the sate during roasting regularly with the marinade.
