Sate daging kecap

300g beef
3 red onions
1 tomato
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons butter
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces, the onion into thin slices and tomato into wedges. Heat butter in a pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it. Then add the kecaps, salt, nutmeg, pepper and the palm sugar and stir well. Then add the water and cook the meat.
Thread the meat on the skewers and grill them slowly over a charcoal fires brown and sprinkle regularly during roasting with the sauce.
