Basic bumbu for lembaran
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
21 rode lomboks
10 red shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp trasi baker (roasted shrimp paste)
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp palmsugar
9 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Pound or grind the lomboks, the shallots, the garlic, the trasi, the salt, the palmsugar and 5 tbsp oil fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the remaining oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Let it cool off before using.
