corn porridge with vegetables from Sulawesi
650 ml water
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
75g kang kung
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cut the corn kernels loose and crush the kernels from three pieces of corn. Slice the garlic, shallots and celery into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the water with the corn and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, shallots, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Add the bayam, the kang kung and celery and cook until tender. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
