spare ribs from Borneo

1000 gr spare ribs
2 tbsp arachide oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pala (nutmeg)
1 cengkeh (clove)
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
125 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic fine and the spare ribs in pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic. Add the meat, the nutmeg, the clove, the pepper and the salt and fry it golden brown. Add the palmsugar, the kecap and the water and let it simmer slowly and covered until the meat is done.
