Balinese saucages
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
600 gr boneless pork
125 gr base gede (see recipe)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp asem (tamarind)
1 meter pork intestine or sausage casings
kitchen wire
oil
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat in very small pieces and crush the peppercorns. Mix the meat with the base gede, the salt, the peppercorns and the asem and let it stand for 10 minutes. With the intestine with the mixture and tie it with the string to form saucages. Dry the saucage for 8 hours in the sun or in an oven on low heat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the saucage golden brown.
