Tumis Menir
pork with spinach

250 gr pork
1000 gr spinach / bayam
3 cloves garlic
5 shallots
1 red lombok
1 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
1cm galangal
1 salam leaf
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Pound or grind the garlic, shallots, Lombok, the trassie and Laos into a paste. Cut the meat in pieces and wash the spinach and drain.
Heat in a wok/wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and the salam and fry it for 3 minutes. Add the spinach and salt and cook and cook it gently 10 minutes.
