spicy braised pork with cabbage

500 gr pork
300 gr Chinese cabbage
1 spring onion
3 cloves of garlic
7 green lomboks
300ml water
2 tbsp kecap asin
2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 red lombok, chopped
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices. cut the cabbage into 2x2 cm pieces. Cut the spring onion and the lomboks into pieces of 3 cm. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the water in a pan and cook the meat and spring onion for 15 minutes. Then remove the meat from the pan and let it drain.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the meat, spring onion, cabbage and lomboks and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, palm sugar and the chopped lombok and mix well.
Then add the cornstarch solution and stir until the sauce has thickened and the cabbage is cooked. serve.
