500 gr pork
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 red lombok
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
3 cm kunyit (galangal)
1 tsp salt
250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the kunyit and the ketumbar fine into a paste. Slice the meat and the lombok into pieces. Slice the onion and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onion, the garlic, the lombok, the ketumbar and the kunyit for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it 5 minutes. Add the santen and the salt and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done.
