Babi Bambu

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr. pork
230 gr rebung (bamboo shoots)
4 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp gula (palmsugar)
salt to taste
2 tbsp water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into strips and the bamboo into thin slices. Mix half of the kecap with the rice wine, cornstarch and water and stir to form a paste and mix it with the meat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Then add the bambu and the oniont and let it cook. Then add the remaining kecap, the palmsugar and some water. Add for taste some kecap and salt.
