Pork in tamarind sauce

500 gr pork belly or shoulder
3 tbsp tauco
1 tsp trassi/shrimp paste
7 green lomboks
2 red lomboks
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp assam (tamarind pulp) dissolved in 275 ml of water and strained
2 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces / slices. Chop the garlic finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, trassi and the tauco for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the lomboks and tamarinda water and simmer for 60 minutes. Then add the palm sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Then serve.
