Kaki Babi Kecap
stewed pork in a spicy red sauce

750 gr pork leg
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
200 g tomatoes
3 cm jahe
1 tbsp kecap ikan (fish sauce)
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp arrack/angciu
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
500ml water

Cara membuat:
Clean the pork leg and cut it into pieces. Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices and the lomboks into thin rings. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grate the jahe.
Mix all ingredients in a pan and cook the meat over low heat until done. serve.
