Sayur jamur kuah asam
sour vegetables-mushroom soup
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 carrot
50 g green beans
100g mushrooms
3 oyster mushrooms
2 green chilies
2 tbsp asemwater
3 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1 leek
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves garlic
3 red rawits
Cara membuat;
preparation:
Cut the beans into pieces, the carrot into slices, the oyster mushrooms into strips, mushrooms into pieces, the leeks into pieces and the chilies into rings.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste for 1 minute. Add the broth and carrot. Cook it medium well. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until alls cooked. Finally add the leeks.
