Sate banjar
spicy chicken satay

400 gr chicken (thigh) fillet
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Bahan-bahan sambal:
Ingredients sambal:
11 red rawits, braised
4 red lomboks, cooked
6 cloves garlic, cooked
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp shrimp paste
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 tablespoons water
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin long strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the chili paste into a paste and mix in the water.
Mix the kecap, oil, salt, pepper and five tbsp of the sambal to for a marinade. Put the meat on the skewers and marinate it and leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Roast the meat slowly over a charcoal fire until cooked and serve it the rest of the sambal.
