Udang Goreng Mentega
shrimp fried in butter
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr large shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 red lomboks
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp keap manis
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp kecap asin
3 tbsp butter
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimps but leave the tail. Cut the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices and finely chop the onion. Cut the spring onion into 3 cm pieces.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimp, the lomboks and the spring onion and cook until the shrimps change color. Then add the pepper, the kecaps and the sesame oil and stir until the shrimps are tender.
