fried duck with a spicy sweet sauce

ingredients:
1 duck
1500 ml of coconut water
2 salam leaves
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp asemwater
oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 cm laos
1 tsp ketumbar
6 tbsp palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the duck into quarters. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Rub the duck with the paste and salt. Heat in a pan the coconut water and add the duck, the paste, the salam and the salt and cook the duck. Add the asemwater and cook 1 minute. Scoop the duck from the pan. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the duck until golden brown. Serve with the sauce.
