seasoned stewed minced meat with peas

250 gr pork
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 spring onions
25 gr pork lard
3 tsp taoco
200 ml stock
100 gr peas
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the meat. Cut the lard into cubes. Thinly slice the shallots and garlic. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Form the minced meat into 21 circles in the the size of a quail egg. Then melt the lard. Then add the shallots and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and the taoco and mix well. Then add the stock and bring to the boil.
Then add the spring onion, peas, salt and pepper and cook until done.
