Ko Lo Bak (Peranakan)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr pork
1 tbsp kecap asin
6 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
200 g cucumber / pickle
1 red lombok, pitted
1/4 pineapple
5 tbsp saus tomat / tomato sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sago / corn starch
150 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp apple vinegar
5 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices (0.4x3x3 cm). Puree 2 cloves of garlic and finely chop the others. Cut the carrot into thin slices and the lombok into thin strips. Cut the pineapple into triangles. Seed the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Mix the meat with the kecap and the pureed garlic and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then mix in the sago. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook until tender and set aside. Save 3 tbsp of oil.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown. Then add the water and the carrot, the pineapple, the lombok. the tomato sauce, the pepper and mix well. Then add the meat, cucumber, salt, pepper and vinegar and mix well and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
