Kuah Bakso Mutiara
spicy balls with soun

300 gr minced pork
1 egg white, beaten
2 cloves of garlic, pureed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1000 ml of water
100 gr soun soaked
1 tbsp fried garlic
1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped

Cara membuat:
Mix the minced meat with the garlic, pepper, salt and egg white. Shape these into small balls. Heat the water in a pan and add the balls and cook until the balls float.
Then mix in the soun and garlic and sprinkle the spring onion on top. Serve.
