Lawar Celing
minced meat with sambal mbe
Bahan-bahan:
ingrediënts:
500 gr lean pork
500 gr pork rind
100 gr rasped coconut
salt to taste
banana leaves
wooden sticks
water
Haluskan:
bubmbu:
6 cm ginger
5 cm laos
4 cm kunyit
3 cm kencur (bitterroot)
225 gr sambal mbe (see recipe)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Heat in a pan the water with the salt and blanch the rind. Drain and cut the rind into thin strips. Mince the pork. Cut the ginger, the laos, the kunyit and the kencur very fine and mix int with the sambal mbe. Mix all ingredients and pack it in the banana leave. Close the ends with the wooden sticks. Steam the package for 15 minutes and serve
