Opor Tahu Telor Daging
pork with tofu in spicy sauce

300 gr pork meat
250 gr tahu/tofu
7 shallots
salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
1 salam leave
2 eggs
250 ml coconut milk

2 cloves garlic
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
10 kemiri (candle nuts)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)

Cara membuat:
Flatten the meat and cut it into pieces. Cut the tahu into dice c ubes. Heat in a pan the water and hardboil the eggs. Let it cool down and halve them. Cut the shallots fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu golden brown and drain it on kitchen paper.
Heat in a wok 3 tbsp oil and fry the shallots and the paste for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the salam, the salt, the pepper and the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Add the eggs and the tahu and let is simmer slowly for 3-5 minutes more.
