Kuping babi kecap
Fried pigsear in kecap sauce

1 pigs ear
2 red onions
4 cloves garlic
6 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp bumbu ngohiong (see recipe)
1/2 tsp pepper
3 bunga lawang
750 ml water

Cara membuat:
Slice the pigs ear in large pieces. Cut the onions fine and chop the garlic coarse. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat followed by all the ingredients and let it cook slowly until the meat is done. Remove the meat and cut it into thin slices. Add it to the sauce and serve
