Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr pork
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 sereh/lemongrass
9 jeruk purut / kaffir lime
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe / ginger
7 red chilies
2 tomatoes
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the paste with the sereh and jerut purut for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cook until browned. Then add the stock and gently simmer until it is tender and the sauce has thickened. Spoon in the kecap and serve.
