Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
16 dumpling sheets
200 gr chicken breast
50 gr chicken skin
75gr spinach
5 cloves garlic
1 spring onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tspn ground pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
100 gr cornflour
1 egg
75 ml ice water

Chop the chicken, the skin, the spinach and the garlic coarsely. Cut the spring onion into thin slices. Mix all ingredients well. Take a dumpling sheet and fill with the mixture and fold it in a dumpling shape. Steam then the packets in 15 minutes until cooked and serve with chili sauce
