in coconutmilk broiled pieces of chicken

1 chicken (1250 gr)
2 tsp salt
3 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp pepper
2 pieces mace
1 salam leaf
200 ml saten asli (thick coconut milk)
400 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat in a wok the water and cook the chicken for 10 minutes (half done). Drain the chicken but keep the stock. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken golden brwon.
Heat in a wok the stock and add the salt, the ketumbar, the jinten, the trasi, the cloves, the mace, the pepper and the salam. Add the chicken and the santen and let it simmer slowly for 30 minutes and until the sauce has thickened.
