Garang breath Ceker
steamed spiced chicken claws

400g chicken claws
2 lemongrass
2 salam leaves
3 cm jahe
1/2 tbsp salt
7 beliming wuluh (star fruit)
15 green tomatoes
200 ml of water
banana leaves

5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
9 green rawits
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp pepper
3 kemiri (candle)nuts

Cara membuat:
Cut the lemon grass and the jahe in slices, cut the tomatoes into pieces and Belimbing into thin slices and salam into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the bumbu with the chicken and leave for 30 minutes. Then mix all ingredients well.
Pack the claws in banana leaf as a package and fasten the ends with toothpicks and then steam the packets for 45 minutes until done.
