stewed chicken livers and stomachs


Bahan-bahan
ingredients:
6 chicken livers
6 chicken stomachs
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp kecap manis
300 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp jinten
2 cm jahe

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the livers and stomachs into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the liver and stomachs together with the kecap and mix well. Then add the water and salt and let it simmer until everything is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
