Rendang Jeroan Ayam
Chicken rendang


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
200 gr potatoes
12 chicken offal parts (liver, stomach etc)
2 kandis
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh (lemongrass)
1 kunyit leaf (kurkuma)
2 cm laos
1500 ml santen

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 red lomboks
13 red shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit
5 cm jahe
1,5 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the santen and add the bumbu, the laos, the kunyit, the sereh, the
kandis and the jeruk purut and cook it until the sauce begins to thicken.
Then add the chicken and the potatoes and cook it slowly until the chicken and the potatoes are cooked, the sauce has thickened and turned
brown.
