Rendang Telur Itik
boiled eggs stewed in coconut milk

5 duck eggs, cooked
200 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
50 gr of roasted coconut, roasted
1 kunyit leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 salam leaf
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asam water

4 red lomboks
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm Lengkuas / galangal
1 tbsp salt
3 kemiri nuts

Cara membuat:
Heat a pan and fry the bumbu together with the kunyit leaf, the jeruk purut, the salam, the palmsugar and the asamwater for 3 minutes.
Then add the coconut milk and bring it to the boil while stirring and cook until it thickens.
Then add the eggs and the coconut and cook until the oil is released and the sauce is thickened. Serve
