Fried chicken with sambal

1 chicken
300 ml santen (coconut milk)
200 ml water
1 salam leaf
2 sereh (lemongrass)
1 lime (juice)

5 cloves garlic
2 kemiri 9candle nuts)
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
2 tsp salt

Bahan sambal bakar:
Ingredients sambal:
5 red lomboks
5 red rawits
3 shallots
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken in 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the santen together with the water, the salam and the sereh and add the chicken. Cook it slowly until the chicken is done and let it cool down.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken golden brown and serve it with the sambal.

Cara membuat sambal:
Preparation/method sambal;
Pound or grind the ingredients for he sambal fine into a paste. Heat in a wok some oil and fry the paste for 2 minutes. Sprinkle some lime juice on top and serve.
